A non-refundable deposit of £1000 is payable upon booking your midwifery care package to reserve space in our diary and cover essential and immediate costs. A total of 80% of the full balance is to be paid before 34 weeks of pregnancy. The remainder is payable by the end of the care period specific to the package you have booked.

Payment plan options can be discussed on an individual basis dependent on the level of care package chosen. Full insurance cover is included as part of all our care packages.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of pregnancy and birth being somewhat unpredictable the following should be noted;​

1. A refund will not be provided should it be deemed necessary to transfer your care to full obstetric care provision.

2. A refund amount will be agreed between both parties to cover care received in the unfortunate case of miscarriage or extremely premature birth.

 

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that occasions arise which necessitate clients/companies cancelling their bookings due to unforeseen circumstances and we therefore try to be flexible in our approach to each individual case. Obviously, we are affected by cancellations financially. All deposits are therefore non-refundable. All payments that are made towards an agreed payment plan are non-refundable.
